Amazing customer service. They worked hard to find exactly what my mother needed in a recliner with her limitations. Free delivery and were also able to repair another chair I needed work on. Grateful to have found a family owned business which still puts customer service first.

We had called Monday around noon with a request for furniture to be delivered yet that day. We knew it was last minute, but it was an emergency situation. Not only did Scheer furniture take our order over the phone and provide us with exactly what we were looking for. They also had it delivered, installed and put together by 2:30. This is what customer service is all about. We cannot thank you enough for everything that you did to help us out on Monday when you were able to complete this order in such a short period of time.

When we started our remodel, we thought this place would be out of our price range, but we weren't finding quality furniture at other places. First we bought a dining table and chairs, then two recliners and then an L-shaped computer desk. Each time, Scheer's customer service was A+, prices reasonable for the quality, and we were beyond thrilled with the quality of the furniture itself. The guys who delivered the furniture were professional and set everything up nicely! Highly recommend this store!
